What if I'm not happy with my hair after I leave?
​
I want you to love your hair! It can take some time to reach your goals, especially if we are transitioning to something new. Please contact me within 7 days of your visit to allow me the opportunity to make adjustments for you!
Is there a fee if I can't make my appointment?
​
For appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a re-booking fee of $40/hour will be required before another appointment may be booked. Missed appointments will require full hourly rate of $84/hour.
Can I return a product that I purchased?
​
All products that I sell are salon quality and guaranteed. Please contact me within 7 days of purchase to allow me to exchange your purchase for a product that is a better fit for you!

Do I need a filtered shower head?
​
Yes, everyone needs a filtered shower head, even if you have a water softener. There are minerals, chemicals and contaminants in our water that cause side effects, including: hair loss and scalp conditions, hair discoloration and damage.
What shower head do you recommend?
​
The two that I have used at home are Jolie and Canopy. These are aesthetically pleasing and come with everything you need to install in 10 minutes, even if you aren't handy! Be sure to have the replacement filters auto-shipped so you never have to shower in nasty water again.
