I'm a new client.  How do I book an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?

For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a re-booking fee of $40/hour will be required before another appointment may be booked. Missed appointments will require full hourly rate of $84/hour.

What is your refund policy on products?

All products that I sell are salon quality and guaranteed.  Please contact me within 7 days of purchase to allow me to exchange your purchase for a product that is a better fit for you!

I'm a returning client.  How do I book an appointment?

How do I book for just a haircut?

My business is focused on healthy hair color and using custom treatments to improve the health of the hair.  All haircuts are booked along with a treatment or color service.

What if I'm not happy with my hair after I leave?

I want you to love your hair!  It can take some time to reach your goals, especially if we are transitioning from previous hair color, damage, or haircut to something new.  Please contact me within 7 days of your visit to allow me the opportunity to make adjustments for you!
