What if I don't see the service I want on the service menu?

Can I just book a consultation?

Sure!  You can click here to complete a digital consultation form, and let me know that you would like to schedule an in-person consultation before booking your color service.

Should I wash my hair before I come to my appointment?​

It is not necessary for your hair to be freshly washed when you come in.  It is helpful for your hair to be styled in the way that you typically wear it, so that I can see your preferences and challenges.

What type of payment do you accept?

I'm happy to take payment by cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay and all major credit cards.  I don't keep cash on hand, so I will not be able to make change.​​

What if I'm not happy with my hair after I leave?

Please keep in mind, it can take a few visits for me to learn your hair and your preferences.  ​I want you to love your hair!  If you are having challenges with your cut, color or styling at home, please click here to contact me within 7 days of your visit and allow me the opportunity to make adjustments for you!

Can I return a product that I purchased?

​All products that I sell are professional quality and guaranteed.  Please click here to contact me within 7 days of purchase so we can exchange your purchase for a product that is a better fit for you!

Is there a fee if I can't make my appointment?

​For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a re-booking fee of $40/hour will be required before another appointment may be booked. Missed appointments will require full hourly rate of $84/hour.
